The 74th AGM of the Footscray Hockey Club Inc. has been announced. It will be held at the McIvor Reserve Pavilion, Fogarty Avenue Yarraville, on Sunday December 9th 2007 at 10.00am for a 10.30am Start

- Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
- Directors Reports
- Presentation of 2006 Financial Statements, and 2007 Budget.
- Notices of Motion
- Election of Office Bearers (directors)
- General Business.
Elections shall be held for ten positions that comprise the FHC Board of Directors:
Men’s Administration, Women’s Administration
Junior Administration, Veteran’s Administration
Finance, Fund Raising & Promotions
Social Events, Bar / Kitchen
Grounds & Pavilion, Planning & Performance
Also elected but not forming part of FHC Board shall be:
- A Club Patron (2007 has been Ron Govan – Life Member)
- Two Honorary Auditors (2007 has been Ron Doutre and John Traill)
- Life Member’s (None nominated)
- Five Trustees (2007 Harry Swan, Graeme Whinney, Bobbie Speed, Allan Herriot, Eric Thomas (Last year in position in 2007 from a 3 year position)
And provided that we have at least One third of the senior playing members present and eligible to vote, there shall also be elected:
- Three Player’s representatives (One each from Women’s, Men’s and Junior’s)
- Two selectors for each of the Men’s and Women’s sections.
