The 75th AGM of the Footscray Hockey Club Inc. has been announced. It will be held at the McIvor Reserve Pavilion, Fogarty Avenue Yarraville, on Sunday December 7th 2008 at 10.00am for a 10.30am Start.

Elections shall be held for ten positions that comprise the FHC Board of Directors:
- Men’s Administration
- Women’s Administration
- Junior Administration
- Veteran’s Administration
- Finance
- Planning & Performance
- Bar / Kitchen
- Grounds & Pavilion
- Fund Raising & Promotions
- Social Events
Also elected but not forming part of FHC Board shall be
- A Club Patron – (2008 has been Ron Govan – Life Member)
- Two Honorary Auditors – (2008 has been Ron Doutre and John Traill)
- Life Member’s – 2008 Rodney Johnstone
- Five Trustees – 2008 – 2010 Eric Thomas, Harry Swan, Graeme Whinney, Bobbie Speed & Allan Herriot
And provided that we have at least One third of the senior playing members present and eligible to vote, there shall also be elected:
- Three Player’s representatives (One each from Women’s, Men’s and Junior’s)
- Two selectors for each of the Men’s and Women’s sections.
