Australian Masters Teams @ Trans Tasmin

FHC representatives in the Australian Masters Trans Tasman tournament in New Zealand. Australia won the Series trophy by 6 points over the Kiwis out of all the hockey played over the 1 week between the Men and Women. Turf Queens take on World Masters Games

What began several years ago as a single Turf Queen team organised by some FHC members, has grown in to 3 teams strong competing at the World Masters in New Zealand. The Turf Queens are now a mixture of FHC members and friends from all over Australia. FHC has been very fortunate to secure the services of the highly experienced Jarrod Lester to coach our men for at least the next two seasons. After a decade of PL coaching, Jarrod took the 2018 season off to re-charge his batteries, and is now very keen to “help continue the growth of the current group”.
