Star 6’s & Super 8’s families and friends are invited to their Presentation Evening
DATE: Wednesday 23rd August 5.30pm – 6.30pm
DRESS
U6’s casual clothes.
U8’s casual clothes (such as jeans or leggings/skirt) and wear the U8 coloured polo shirt.
PLEASE BRING A PLATE TO SHARE
Boys Savory
Girls Sweet
(Note there are no oven/microwave facilities available)
On arrival please place your plate on the “savory table” or “sweet table”.
FORMAT
5.25pm Arrive to be seated (children will sit up the front on the floor in their teams with their coach).
5.30pm Presentations start
After the presentations are concluded, we ask all the parents to help quickly pack up the chairs and reset the tables.
Children will sit in their teams and will wait to be invited to come up to the savory table, then the sweet table fill a small plate (provided by FHC) to enjoy. You might wish to bring a water bottle for your child to give to them at this time.
