The rules of the game are simple and easy to learn in a couple of minutes. The hockey stick is the same as the traditional hockey stick (essentially your own stick), while the ball is slightly softer than the normal hockey ball. The field of play is approximately 43m x 22m and is surrounded by pitch barriers (10cm high) so the ball is always in play. Hockey Sixers is easy to play, not too physically demanding, and best of all you’re in and out within 45 minutes- no need to join a club or train!
