Please note 2018 HV registration lapsed 31/12/18, as members return to hockey for Pre-Season Training or any Summer Hockey Competitions, they are strongly recommended to register for Hockey Australia / Hockey Victoria so that they are covered with sports insurance.

REGISTRATION & FEE POLICY

All members must undertake the 2-step registration and fee payment process prior to their first game to be eligible for selection to participate in a HV competition or a FHC competition

  1. Register with Hockey Australia & Hockey Victoria (HA & HV Membership payment is compulsory at the end of the online registration form)

EVERYONE MUST ENTER THEIR E-MAIL ADDRESS AND CLICK ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ TO REGISTER IN 2019.

EXISTING MEMBERS Click on the “forgot password” to begin the registration process. This is to ensure your migrated data is linked with your 2019 Hockey Victoria Membership Information. When you have clicked ‘forgot password’, it will ask you for your email address. Please ensure this is the email address you used when registering for your 2018 Hockey Victoria Membership. If you are confused with which email address you registered with in 2018, please email FHC Registration Coordinator John Mason on registrations@footscrayhockey.com.au  or alternatively admin@hockeyvictoria.org.au. DO NOT proceed to next steps unless you are sure that you used this email address in 2018. Please contact the DO NOT ENTER CLICK ‘DON’T HAVE AN E-MAIL ACCOUNT’ AND PROCEED AS THIS CREATES A DUPLICATE RECORD!

NEW MEMBERS (and HAVE NOT played at another club before in Australia) please click on the “Don’t have an e-mail account” to begin the registration process.

PLAYED AT ANOTHER CLUB BEFORE IN AUSTRALIA? Please contact Transfer Officer Nicole Virtuoso nicolevirtuoso@gmail.com to arrange a transfer; please do not proceed to register until further notice.

DUAL MEMBERS Dual membership registration will not be made available until February, once you have registered for your primary club, please start the registration process again and click your relevant ‘secondary club’ and select the Dual Membership Option.
