Today’s IWD theme is Break The Bias. FHC is committed to breaking the bias in our community.
We are proud to show this in a number of ways:
– 40% of our board is female and we are led by a female President.
– In 2021, we had more women’s teams than men’s in our senior grades.
– We have recently approved our gender equity strategy and will be rolling this out in conjunction with our strategic plan.
As a club, we would not be where we are today without the amazing women at our club. We not only have incredible players but also administrators, umpires and volunteers who make our club great.
