A 10 week Western Elite Hockey Academy is up and running at FHC with 40 keen participants. Our young athletes are looking supremely professional in their new kit, got stuck into some great skills with Dan Mitchell, Women’s Victoria Institute of Sport Coach and FHC’s Men’s Head Coach and a team of coaches from our Men’s & Women’s Premier League squads.
They have jumped straight into the speed and acceleration work with the speed sleds with Coach Spencer @fastnfearless who is already seeing some improvements in our running technique which is great to see.
