The bulldogs have retained the Western Derby Cup played at Altona. Respective club President’s Brian Fanning and Nicole Virtuoso exchanging the prized silver wear. Altona celebrated the opening of their new pavilion and premier ship team reunions, so it was a huge day at the snake pit playing our western suburb rival.
The derby cup is the culmination of points from both Men’s & Women’s Premier League & Reserves teams, if equal we look to goal difference, then goals for etc. Finishing the day on equal points, it was the goal difference that got us over the line with a blistering 6 – 0 by Women’s Reserves.
