So that FHC can order in appropriate quantities of on-field and off-field uniforms for the season when we come out of restrictions and have it ready to go, please place your uniform order by Sunday 24th May.
(Note Premier League & Reserves players please contact your Director for on-field uniform. This form does not include U10 Super League & U8 Onfield uniform options, these will be advised at a later date)
