What a HUGE Come and Try session 1 turn out with 55 children in attendance to give hockey a go on what was a very hot evening. Spilt into 2 age groups U6/U8 and U10/U12 participants learnt the basics of how to hold a stick, dribble, stop the ball, push, trap and shoot for goal.
Games included Octopus, Stopping Game and Popcorn. Finishing with a super dooper we had some very happy participants coming back this week. It’s not too late to join in, there are still 2 more Come and Try session on Wed 28th Feb and 6th Mar. U6/U8 5.15pm and U10/U12 6.00pm.
