Footscray Hockey Club and Altona Hockey Club boards have established a twice-yearly Western Derby, where we will play off for the Western Derby Trophy during the home and away fixtures. One round at the kennel and one round at the snake pit, and FHC are kicking off the derby with 4 games commencing at 12:30pm Round 1, Saturday 13th April @ ASF, followed by a Round 1 Function of drinks & music to kick off the year 7pm onwards.
The culmination of all the points from Men’s & Women’s Premier League and Reserve games will determine the winner, if tied goal difference, goals for, goals against, if still tied the previous winner retains the trophy.
