What a HUGE Come and Try session 1 turn out with a whopping 75 children in attendance to give hockey a go. Spilt into 2 age groups U6/U8 and U10/U12 participants learnt the basics of how to hold a stick, dribble, stop the ball, push, trap and shoot for goal.
Games included Octopus, Stopping Game and Traffic Lights.
It’s not too late to join in, there are still 2 more Come and Try session on Wed 5th Mar and 12th Mar. U6/U8 5.15pm and U10/U12 6.00pm.
