It was always going to be a tight game against Southern United Hockey Club in the Preliminary Final at the State Netball Hockey Centre in front of a full time.
At three quarter time facing a 2 – 0 down scoreline, the ladies fought back to even the scoreboard at 2 – 2 full time.
Shootouts were tight, going goal for goal, eventual winners 4 – 3.
What a magnificent comeback and effort to gain a spot in the big dance next weekend.
