Gary started playing hockey at the age of 20 in 1975 and played with Alby Speed, Brendan Sheehan, Leon Gale & Neil Coster in ‘Dad’s Army’. Gary played most of his hockey in the Metro grades.
He played with Grail hockey club, MCC vets for a year and with Alby speed for Brunswick over 30’s (when he was 29). Gary has played in Footscray Masters teams over the last 25 years in the 40s, 50s and now 60.
Gary loves FHC and is a great mate to many. This will be his last year of hockey and we hope he has a ripper 900th game at The Kennel!
