We need your assistance clearing out the clubrooms, prior to the building works commencing. This will be taking place over a massive 3 days, starting Saturday October 6th.
SATURDAY 6TH OCTOBER | 9:00am-12:00pm
* Remove unwanted goods from shed and place in skip.
* Move items into storage.
* Remove items from walls (except honour boards and flags).
* Relocate scaffold from F1 and erect in clubrooms.
* Move furniture as directed.
* General box packing as directed.
SUNDAY 7TH OCTOBER | 9:00am-12:00pm
* Remove flags and honour boards as directed.
* Clean honour boards and bubble wrap.
* General box packing as directed.
MONDAY 8TH OCTOBER – Premiership Flag / Memorabilia Workshop | 9:00am-4:00pm
Experts from Melbourne University will be running an all-day workshop (Volunteer’s to stay a min of two hours) teaching us how to clean and wrap our wonderful memorabilia collection and flags. If you’re interested, contact Brendan or Julie-Anne on 0405061536.
PLEASE BRING ANY APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT, i.e. GLOVES, POWER DRILL, TROLLEYS, GOOD HUMOUR, etc. (Saturday & Sunday Only)
