The 2017 season is wrapping up and we wish all the teams who are in finals contention to play hard be successful, all the teams who are edging into the finals to give it their best, and those who are not going to make finals finish the season with some wins and make it difficult for your opposition.

It has certainly been a busy season and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the board, coordinators, coaches, team managers and volunteers for all your efforts to make the 2017 season a good one. Our youngest age groups are winding up and looking forward to presentation evenings in coming weeks.

We have launched a new website for the club! It is mobile and small screen friendly, updated with all the relevant information and is promotes all the facets of our club very professionally. We hope that members will find the website easy to use and practical to their information needs. Any feedback please e-mail Vice President Nicole Virtuoso

We’ve had councillors visit the FHC pavilion and grounds and hopefully it has drummed up enough support towards our Pavilion redevelopment project in coming council meetings. Maribyrnong Council have annouced a 1.25 million dollar committment to the redevelopment of the pavilion. Please refer to other Banter article.
